I have a Selden Furler 200s Top (halyard) swivel which I am servicing.
There seems to be a part missing from it when I stripped it down, the part is labelled as A9 on the parts list.
There should be three of them but they are all missing (presumed lost when serviced by previous owner)
The dimensions are listed as 5mm dia, 8mm long, and it is labelled as a "buffer" in the manual.
What I don't know is what they should be made of?
I assume a roller bearing would be labelled as such, so as it is a buffer I assume it is made from a hard rubber like nitrile.
Can anyone confirm this for me please?
Thanks
