Seek experience sharing on DIY repairing of Isotherm Frig leaking

I have an Isotherm ASU frig system installed in 2011 which worked well in 1st year but now out of cooling function.

Apart from getting expensive professional hands to fix it, would appreciate it if friends here could share DIY repairing experience. Thanks in advance.

Thank you all for your help. Completed to add refrigrant and the box is now in excellent condition.
However, without the guage, it need some time to slowly adjust the gas content to the optimum gas volume.
I overfilled the system and then slowly released the gas untill the frost effect is found on the holding plate.
3 hrs of operations (then stop the frig) now give over 12 hours of cold beers.
Although it draws more electricity then before, the shorter running time compensates the difference.

Can you elaborate. The compressor field guide is my firms booklet, designed to reduce warranty failures on re manufactured compressors. The impact it had was unbelievable and this was for professional fridge engineers to use.

I have a massive amount of fridge data at work, but don't practice too much on smaller kit, e.g domestics, LW voltage marine kit.
