Is the Italian seaside town of Viareggio on the Ligurian Sea or the Tyrrhenian Sea? I really need to know.
Wikipedia says it is the Tyrrhenian, but most sources agree that the line between Corsica and Toscana marks the north-west/south-east divide between these seas - and Viareggio is far over on the Ligurian side. Does anybody know for sure?
Or do the two seas overlap, according to people living one side, who'd rather be on the other? Like my pal in Windsor, who refused to use his Slough postcode. He's gone somewhere called 'Communicado', now.
