second had sea ray 260 sundancer

I am thinking of buying a 2000 year sea ray 260 sundancer with a petrol engine properly CE rated and RCD'd. Anyone have good/bad experiences with this boat? Thanks.

I've owned a 2000 SeaRay 260 with 5.0 efi engine for around 3 years now. It's a good well made boat. PM me if you need any specific info.

Sea Ray 260 is a very capable American sportscruiser. Slightly large cabin than 240, will behave well with a 5.0ltr. The cockpit is a good design, covers work (get camper canvas). At the right price it is a good buy. Also look at FourWinns, Chaparral, Monterey for similar quality/space. All have different pros/cons in a similar size boat. For instance the Fourwinns has a double helm seat and a circular seating area behind, but I always preferred the bench seat opposite the helm.
