Round of applause for these people.
I was needing some exhaust hose, they'd the best price and I tried to purchase it from them, to be messaged "We don't deliver to the Highlands".
FFS, it does pee me off in these modern times to be told that, in this "United Kingdom"!
I messaged them stating that I thought that it was pretty rubbish having their courier decide where they can do business, and feel worried for them if they've decided to boycott places which are inconvenient. I paraphrase, but that was the gist.
They messaged me back, told me that they'd wear the extra cost of delivery, and did I want to continue with the purchase? Over the 'phone we completed the deal, and I was happy.
2 days later my exhaust hose arrived as promised, and I'm sharing my experience here. I've no connection with them and have never dealt with them before, but if necessary I'd not hesitate to again, as they reacted in a mutually beneficial way to the issue that was raised.
