SeaTalk1 to Nmea 0183 Conversion

I just uploaded in my forum the source code of a programme that generates SeaTalk datagrams and performs Nmea 0183 conversion. It compiles on the Arduino IDE and runs on ESP8266 and ESP32 development modules:

Not meaning to be picky about a fine piece of work but would I be correct in saying that this doesn't do sea talk collision avoidance so will talk over anything else on the bus?

Was trying to find some code for the Raspberry for this, and decided it was easier to buy one of the little dongles off eBay for 25 quid.

Hello,

You are correct but neither the transmission on a SeaTalk bus nor the reading of the SeaTalk bit stream where considered.

Hi,
As a complete numbty in this field but in in ore of those that do understand am I correct in thinking this genius piece of electrickery can connect my Raymarine Wireless wind via the T121 base unit to my Pelagic autopilot in place of the Raymarine convertor T122? If so is there someone who can makes such a device with a connection diagram in exchange for a small bag of gold?
