In need to renew the teak from my beneteau cockpit seats . Any one knows the original thickness. Of the teak panels?

Almost certainly teak veneers on ply - about 6mm overall thickness and glued to the GRP. You will probably need to grind the old ply off, make good and then replace. You can get panels made up to the correct shape to fit into the recess in the mouldings.
