Searching for a cleat

I have searched through the web without much success for this type of cleat. It looks like a rail cleat but is attached to wire on the backstay. Camping sites don’t use it. It does exist as here is the picture of one. Does anyone know where they can be bought, it is required to support a cockpit roof tent.

I am interested in a similar set-up. How do you intend to attach the tent boom to the sprayhood/boom?

As said, Barton shroud cleat. The come in two different layouts: one with two horns, as pictured; one with a horn one end, ring at t'other.

Why pay money for cleats when you can use rolling hitches which is what I did.

Your right but having the cleat set at a fixed height each time makes set up job quicker and I can use pre-set lines to secure to the centre pole. Tent is being drawn up at the sail makers so still at early stages of production.
