Search for deck inspection hatch opened with winch handle

Has anyone come across this style of plastic inspection hatch (6 inch or 8 inch) which can be opened with a winch handle. They are so much easier to tighten and undo than the usual ones. I can't find any in UK chandlers but I seen them on a French catamaran (Lagoon or Leopard) and also on an American trimaran that was re-fitted in France. But the only ones I can find online in a Google search are metal and very expensive and heavy. The link to the image below is from a manufacturer in China. Any suggestions gratefully received.

I can't see the image but the hatches with a winch socket are indeed usually metal or small diameter such as plastic filler caps. I suspect the reason is that large plastic caps could be easily overtightened or the socket stripped with a winch handle. I've never seen them in the UK but they strick me as a good idea if they are tightened sensibly.
