Seamaster815 - cutlass bearing

I was wondering if anybody has replaced the cutlass bearing in a Seamaster 815 recently, mine requires replacing but the engineers are having great difficulty finding a bearing to fit.
They are considering buying a slightly bigger bearing and having it machined down to fit...but this may not be possible.
Any ideas where to source the correct bearing greatly appreciated.
