Sounds cheap. I see F36 and some 360 for similar price.

Full service history, eng KAMD43P,radar,auto pilot,chart plotter,ebo heating, all teak decks, 2kw genny,vhf,sonder, log,demisters, new seating outside but well used inside sallon,all in all a nice boat but is 7 years old.

From what your describing it sounds about right. I suspect the hours are on the high side and the smaller engine option gives it a price to sell. I suspect you will get a fair bit of interest.
