Sealine f36 flybridge throttle engaging into gear but no revs

I’ve turned over the control under the helm. There isn’t any revs when I engage forward she move forward same in reverse any ideas.

Could be that you throttle cable has broken is it doing it with both engines if it is probably not the cable
Lift the engine hatch get someone to operate the throttle see if it’s moving the arm on the fuel pump do this with engine stopped
