Sealine F33 external transom shower

The tap assembly which is very difficult to access is comprised of both brass and plastic pipe fittings. The plastic T fitting which mixes the hot and cold water has failed. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to a replacement supplier.

A brass replacement for the centre coupling is available , but I have not used this so cant say whether it is any good.
