Have just put a full new canopy on my boat (S28). Having been quoted £2k by C&J, decided to search wider afield. Managed to track down the company that makes them for Sealine and got a full canopy for £680 incl. Arrived today and very pleased with it. They are called Fibretrim and are on 01543 676222

Although I don't have a Sealine anymore I'm sure that a few peeps on here will find the info very interesting.

I was told about Fibretrim last year.
Not used them yet.
Did you know they make all the cushions for Sealine as well.
Just give them your boat number and they'l give you a price.
I'm planning to change the flybridge cushions sometime and I will use Fibretrim when I do.

Need a new canopy for mine this year and was going direct to Sealine as I live quite close to the factory and the prices seemed ok, although now I know that Fibretrim make them for sealine I will go to them.

Thanks SailorSam, great info especially as the others recomend them to.

Just had my flybridge cushions replaced, used a company called Mastertrim in Cannock. Very cheap and a good job, they also do cushions for some of the boat builders. There is a new type of foam which doesn't hold water which combined with mesh on the underside of the cover means you can just hose down the whole flybridge and the seats will be dry in no time.

Hope this goes no further, FIBRETRIM might bring there prices up to match what you think you should be paying. ie Sealine prices.

Had a very nice S24 camper canvas made by them 2 years ago, very good price, excellent service, sent swatches of canvas to choose colour, also some foam backed linning samples which may come in handy someday, collected the finnished canopy from thier factory, thay are a very proffesional outfit & would not hesitate to recomend them.

Just don't let it be known to them about there prices. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I could comment here but I wont........Just in defence of "other" companies, Fibrewotsit probaly only ever see each model once. They have templates for each and cut from that and only use a limited stock of colours fabric which gets purchased in bulk. Not knocking anyone just trying to clear things up re costs etc.......

perhaps everyone should consider that they ONLY SUPPLY the canopy/tonneau.
you will all need to fit it yourselves.
the position of every fitting on the boat is unique.

Fibratrim replaced my canopy recently and that of another forumite and neither fitting is as the original. the positioning of the fittings on the canopy has to be exactly as the fittings on the boat

EDIT
Fibratrim ARE part of Sealine
