Last Saturday : Ok so twas'nt for quite so many miles, but seemed to hold its own in head seas F5-6, cant really see many boats doing 22kts for long straight onto a 5-6 head sea though, would not be comfortable at all.
Was using throttles on crests and troughs etc, but slowed down to average 13-14kts I suppose,..... bloody wet though /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I think the 450 is a John Bennett hull (as is the 410/F43) and both have a good reputation for seakeeping. Have you boat the 450 for the school?

Hi Mike yes we have the 450 for school use. We have a total of five vessels for tuition or charter, the F36, an F37 450 statesman, Gobbi 425c and a Princess 560.
he only one that attracts an extra charge is the P560
I was bringing the 450 back from ending a charter at Benalmadena at the time.
