Hi guys, my quest for a decent little sportsboat for no money continues...

Seen a Sealine 18 with a 70HP Merc outboard.

All mid 80's and advertised for £6000 with a 4 wheel trailer which seems too much to me?

Anyone know much about them?

Anyone know what something like this is worth?

Cheers,

Grant

Bought one of these in june 1990 it was a 1985 boat and 1985 suzuki 75 hp Paid £6000 for it and sold it 4 weeks later for £5000. it was unmanageable unless it was on the plane doing 30 mph. The Boats name was NO LIMITS and it got me into no end of trouble on the river. Put the money from the sale to a deposit on a house which I have been trying to sell of and on for the last 20 years. I wish I had not bothered With either purchase.

Unless its had loads of refurb work and the engine is newish, then yes its too much. Sealine 195's with inboards come up for that price all the time.
