We are currently having a break at The Warren in Abersoch. Plenty of boats of varying sizes next to people's chalets but the most common, 12 or 15 within 100 yards of where I'm sat ,seems to be Sealegs in the 7M size. At first glance these looked ridiculous but there is obviously a market for them and they've been around a good few years now.

Saw a sealegs boat at priory bay iow few years ago, didn’t know they existed at the time and was amazed ! This boat kept on going ashore driving on the sand and back out to sea for a blast was all a bit James Bond to be honest. Fun ! but not sure necessary.

Yes there are both sealegs and the bigger AMP version around the Warren and Abersoch town, locally you have a lot of flat sandy bays and you can drive up the river soch into town if that’s your bag -

I hear they are great for driving up to the local petrol station for cheaper fuel when the local constabulary turns a blind eye
