Sealed deck

Has anybody any tips/advice on putting a sealed deck in a 14' boat. At the moment there are rotten wood floor bearers and removable floorboards (sheet of ply) Really looking for advice on best way to fix new floor to hull and glassing that to it and of course glassing the deck and colouring. Thanks in anticipation.

I'm talking about sealing the floor over the floor bearers and making it watertight on an open boat
