Hi guys n gals
I recently relined the heads by means of foam backed PVC covering, on individual, shaped plywood boards. Although the joints all butt against each other, I'd like to seal them with beads. Should I use a polyurethane based product like Sikaflex, or something silicone based?

There's a shower that DOES get used, so I'm guessing maybe something with anti-mould additives?

Make the covering oversize so that it can be folded over onto the back of the ply boards, stripping the backing off the folded over bit.
You will have to allow for this when sizing the ply boards

Stick foam backed vinyl to ply with water resistant PVA wood glue

Sealing the butt joints in the way you suggest will look a mess.

If the joints are straight or nearly so you may be able to find some H shaped plastic moulding
