I returned from holiday and noticed my Opacmare 8998 passerelle had extended to the full length. And my passerelle will not operate now.
It seems strange that on the remote 3 of the blue buttons when pressed the red light comes on and from in side the motor makes a clonk. But the blue button which when pressed to extend does not work on the remote like the other 3. Also i have tried with a new battery in the remote. I have checked all wiring and joints to see if there are any leaks plus making sure the plastic hydraulic tank hadn't leaked. Everything is in good condition. Is there anyone who has had a similar problem or would know what the answer is to rectify my problem please appreciate any help. Bob on Seakale. 07903 239640

Change the two solenoid plugs around then press out and it might start to return , if so it’s not the ram.

Many Thanks for your response much appreciated. Just found out today that the problem is the motor is faulty.

Just wanted to let you know it was the Jabsco panel that was the fault. Unfortunately you are not able to buy it separately as you have to purchase the whole unit. Appreciate you trying to help me. Best Wishes. Bob.
