My lovely new canopy which I have been very pleased with acts like a magnet to the gulls. Not surprising, I guess it must look like a grassy stop off point from a gulls eye view, the colour being maritime lime green. In my failed attempt to clean the stuff off,I have destroyed the waterproofing. The stains are still there and so I have decided to have it professionally dealt with. However,no one can come up with a similar dye shade of green. Can anyone pointme in the right direction? Thanks in anticipation.

I think you answered your own question. Get a new canopy in bird poo colour, then you won;'t notice the carp.

We fly a "novelty" windsock from the radar arch and that keeps them off of the boat although still get the odd bombing run from the barstewards

Yes,thanks for that lads, but its the maritime lime green dye Im searcing for. My recently retrieved "Scaregull" rotating thing which blew away in the winds last month is almost repaired. I,ll stick to that for the time being ,as long as it stays put!

Real Norton muscle

Tangerine I've sneaked a peek at your website and I think the guys in the Lounge would love some bike "porn" pictures of your Norton's ,they are stunning

Im only too happy to forward some pics. I still own my factory John Player Norton, and although Ive stopped racing ,I do take her out for the occasional "show off" parade at Mallory park,or Donnington. Just got to work out how to forward the pictures. ps. the web site was one of the first, and is desperatly old,and not been updated for around 14 years. Soon as I find someone to sort it I,ll include all the classic racing info and the National Motorcycle Museum rebuilds we did, after the fire.
