Seago liferaft + GME EPIRB servicing - Greece?

Hi Folks,
Anyone have a contact/s where I can get the above seviced in Greece, Athens/Aegina area?

I'm (so long as nothing important has broken in the last 2 years!) off for a months sailing back onboard Revolution in a few days and these two items will be needing attention by now.

Any ideas?

Had my (4-man) liferaft serviced last year in Levkas - €413. Not exactly your area, but try contacting Melody (http://www.aegeansailingschool.com/): she#'s based at Aigina and will be up to speed on contacts there. Couldn't find anyone to service the EPIRB tho' - at least not at a price that was sensible, so we brought it back to have it done in the UK

Sartech Uk supplier of GME have an agent in Piraeus
Nova Electronics tel +30 210412 1578 email info@novaelectronics.gr. Will cost you around 200 euros plus 20% Vat for service . They also ant copy of your radio license If you have Ni Cad batteries you can't send by air however regardless you to provide shipper for supply and return . Sartech in Uk may offer you an upgrade with safe batteries for almost same price if you return original item less old batteries

I used Ionian Marine Safety in Levkas last year. They are Seago agents, possibly the only ones in Greece. I understand that Seago liferafts passed for servicing to other companies in Greece will generally get sent to them. Really good service, they went through the test inflation, inspection and re-equipment process with me. Not overly expensive. Pity they are rather a long way from you.
