The row locks and transom on my four year old inflatable have come unstuck from the tubes and I am having difficulty in finding a satisfactory adhesive with which to re fix them.
So far I have tried Carmyfix CM233 with Carmydur hardener added at 7% this glue is recommended for the repair of inflatables made of Hypalon Neoprene but it does not want to work on the Seago so perhaps the boat is not made of this material.
If any of you have satisfactorily repaired one of these boats it would be good to know what glue you used and the method and perhaps you could tell me what fabric the Seago is made from.
Thank you.

I think Seago used PVC fabric. There's some good advice on identifying fabric here on the Polymarine website, which also has comprehensive instructions on repairs and details of the correct glue to use.

I have just used the Polymarine adhesive for repairing my trailer tent cover, which is a PVC adhesive. I have a Seago230RT and pinched the tube of Polymarine out of the repair kit.:)

Very effective, but follow the instructions carefully.
Use a good size patch for the hole, allowing at least 40 mm all round
Clean area with Acetone to clean and degrease.
1 thin coat on both the repair patch and the hull tube. Leave 20 mins to go tacky.
Reapply thin coat to both surfaces, leave a minute or two, then apply, and add pressure.
Works a treat if you do it correctly.
