seacocks on fairline sedan 1980

The handles of the seacocks for toilet and sink have both corroded and cocks cannot be turned off,i,m having the boat out so i,m wondering whether to replace or make up some handles as part of the service .they seem like the old fashioned bronze type,how are they dismanteled ?
