Seaclear installation

Is there somebody out there who knows how to handle the Sea clear program.
Mine was installed on the old lap top by a passing yacth man and in the mean time the afore mentionned puter having caught some nasty bug, I have now to re-install everything and as I dont have the manual for seaclear installation, I'm well and trully stuck.
Please, help!!!!
