Hi all,
Can anyone tell me of the whereabouts in the UK of a class of dingy called a "Lazy E". It is a Jack Holt design from the 60's and is a larger version of the Enterprise dinghy. Whilst not popular in the UK they are in Australia and Canada.

I'd like to hear especially from anyone that owns one or maybe even wants to sell one (in any condition). I know roughtly 189 were built here but cannot seem to find any. Perhaps they have been broken up or are laying unused in some corner of your yacht club?

Hi,
I have a Lazy E. She is complete with road trailer, alloy mast, spruce boom, main and jib. I sailed for the last 10 years and only stopped when I started sailing cats. She is stored under cover (barn) and as far as I know she is ready to sail. Her paintwork probably needs tidying up(she is white outside the hull, and varnished inside and side decks and foredeck) but she is a lovely boat to sail with very pretty lines. She goes like the clappers in a good blow but also moved effortlessly in light airs. She is also extremely forgiving and handles strong wind and heavy solent chop very well indeed.
My phone number is 01747 870798 or 07740 987360.
I might consider selling her to the right person.
Jon
