:The Inst of Civil Engineers is holding an open meeting on Seabed Mapping in Southampton on 14th March. It will cover not only the bathymetric functions we all need, but as it is Defra funded, there will be a lot about environmental management.
I suspect that the system will be mapping and recording every single mooring and seahorse, so that anyone wanting to anchor anywhere will have to apply for (expensive) permission. :eek
