Well I got my sea trial tomorrow 0900 Hamble. F3-4 becoming F3-5, backing East, slight, oh and lots of rain!

Great, out come the waterproofs then /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Should be a good test of the hardtop tho' /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Anyone out tomorrow too?

I was out today, light winds flat calm, blue skies, warm enought to take the covers down, then practiced my berthing skills and finally stripped the old name off ready for the renaming cermony on Sunday.

Arrgghh...... ya load of whoosies /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Yeah maybe a refresh was required! It was very calm but at 0900 the mist wasn't burnt off and not enough wind to clear it. It was great for testing the engine tho'. Survey showed what we all imagined, decent boat but needs using. Under 50 hours very light use means the KAD32 was tight and only got 28knots with a bit more at same revs on way back. I really don't think the heads and berth have ever been used.

Loads of yachts out so slowed down getting back to the Hamble entrance, then a bloody big freight ship shot past and created a HUGE wash which had us all hanging on, so much for trying to be considerate....;)
