I've seen some funny-looking "specs" in the Force 4 catalogue (£49.95) with fluid in the frames. Supposed to stop the sickies within 6 mins- has anyone tried them?? Not seen any on eBay so that must be a good sign?

These glasses were mentioned in a thread about seasickness a while ago; no experience with them myself but the general opinion didn't seem very high.

I'm lucky not to suffer myself - I do believe one builds up an immunity / tolerance - but the best results I've seen is with Stugeron, the snag is it has to be taken hours before; I did know one person who went to sleep when he'd taken it, nothing could keep him awake, so I'd suggest trying it first when one isn't vital to progress !

Keeping hydrated is very important, I find the small bottles of mineral water with a spillproof nozzle to suck are very handy, whether one is ill or not.

Yes I did raise the subject some time ago!! Lots of derision but anything is worth a try.
It may well be worth while having some of these on board if they work on at least some sufferers.
It would be good to get feed back from people who had tried them.

Yes that's what I'm looking for. Not a huge amount of money but enough for a few pints of Guinness so don't want to waste it!

I'm fairly sure that either PBO or ST tested those glasses a few years ago. The report was not particularly favourable despite all the pseudo-science from the manufacturere.
