Hi all, just joined your forum its great to be here! I recently purchaced my new project( Sea safe dandy) I have managed to get her looking pretty tidy now! She is missing her mast and rigging! Please could someone help me or give me some advice on what I can fix her up with, bearing in mind that I dont have loads of dosh Please forgive me if I have posted this in the wrong place. Can you tell me how to upload a photo please!

Can't help with the mast or rigging and as far as i know I have no useful info on the boat. just some bare stats. Total sail area is only 110 sq ft

Comprehensive instructions for posting photos

http://homepage.ntlworld.com/topcatsail/Photo_tutor/Photo_Tutor.html but is a lot easier than it appears.

For resizing use any photoediting program or even Office Picture Manager or for just one or two Photobucket's own resizing on upload. That's to slow for much use though.

Welcome to the forums

Later: I found this old thread, maybe somethinh useful in there

PBO = Practical Boat Owner. Usually you can find a copy in my bathroom and another under the bed (my side, obviously). /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

[/ QUOTE ] How about a visit to one or two boat jumbles. Given that a suitable mast is not going to much longer than a decent sized car transport on a roof rack will be possible.

Beaulieu BJ on 27 April!

Fairly small mast if I remember correctly try local dinghy sailing clubs normally find all sorts of masts and kit virtually lying around and can be purchased for not a lot of money, or make a wooden one?
