28 ft sea rover masthead sloop built in 1968 by kenneth evans partners ltd., leigh road, ramsgate, kent. This boat is a tri-keel, 2 bilge keels and a full center keel. It was built to be able to sit on the bottom at low tide. The mast is able to swivel. This is my problem. is there any special fittings or gear to enable the mast to be lowered to pass under bridges ?
