Sea ray 270 with twin merc v6 efi

Hi,

Could anyone please advise the estimated fuel burn and speeds on the above engine set up? Just trying to get a steer on this size of boat.

Plucked from the air guesstimates, 2gph at river speeds 5/6knts, 10-12gph at cruise speed 25knts, 35knts flat out, a good boat for short hops to the beach but not for going anywhere further affield.
