dear sir or madam I have this radio and can’t receive any radio transmissions is there anything I need to do, to be able to listen to the translations? Eg when the shipping broadcast comes on I can’t pick that up on my vhf radio

I previously vowed to never have a single engine motorboat again, but here I am trying to justify to myself that the Antares 9.80 is just too expensive for not enough gains over the standard 9. There is a massive difference in price for used vidmate models.
