Hi
Does anyone know how to add Sea me transponder to radio licence, been on ofcom and radio licence web sites and neither mention this kit as it transmits a signal i presume it needs to be on my licence.

Yes I can confirm that Ofcom require notification that it's been installed.

We were told a simple letter direct to Ofcom woulkd suffice.
