I am considering a Sea King and interested in any information about them. Are there any articles about them in the yachting press or in books? Is there an owners group? Any information greatly received.

Nice wooden yachts, each one a bit different. I sailed in one about 30 years ago, but haven't come across these in a long time. Never seen them mentioned in PBO, but you might try 'Classic Boat'. Someone else asked about these a couple of years ago, there was a guy called R.Edey who had one and replied, but he hasn't posted in a long while. All I can remember is that they were still being built by Keith Patten of Sea King Boatbuilders, 8A High Street, Leigh on Sea, Essex.
