I thought you could only buy it from America, it is a safer option to take the carb off, strip and clean it, any of the solvent based cleaners will work but be careful of any rubber O rings as it will desolve them!

.....defintiely from the states but I can't imagine it's never been exported as it's supposed to be the dogs danglies when it comes to engine cleaning and fuel stabilisation..
