Did anyone visit the show and manage to not buy anything? If you did succumb what did you buy?

I went there to buy a new tender, but also ended up with an electric windlass and new calibrated chain (free delivery, but pity the poor postman with 30m of chain!)

Went to show to check out engine bits and bobs having ordered new Betamarine engine week before show. No real intention of buying anything but bought Aquamarine drive coupling and sound proofing. Just don't tell the wife. Had parts delivered to Marina and not home!

Bad Boy!

I'd be getting ready to eat my dinner of the mantlepiece for a few months if she finds out, and she probably will!

LOL!

All I bought was a lunch and a pint of Guiness - does that count?

Quite a few things on the shopping list that I will probably buy as a result of the visit though

Bought a barograph from Kelvin Hughes. I've just been gifted some Norwegian kroner from my dad and wanted to get something useful and enduring.

Nearly bought 2x45m lengths of 16mm multiplait from Jimmy Green but couldn't be bothered to lug it back.

We put a deposit down on a Hanse 312. Whilst we are still learning, we took our friends who are experienced sailors, and they thought it an excellent boat.

10mm chain as well!! nobody is going to steal my tender - mind you it may not be the fastest boat on the water with only a 2hp yam to power it (plan to upgrade to 3.5 mariner/mercury/tohatsu when bank manager allows)
