I went for twin 225’s - so far they have been faultless, are you looking brand new or for a secondhand one - I also looked at the Axopar but the layout and versatility of the Saxdor was better for our needs, the downstairs area is fantastic on a boat this size - we also went for heating and diesel hob as we like to make drinks etc when anchored up it works perfectly but the boiling time is a bit slow - you have To be patient. One question to ask the dealer is what support you will get in Devon ?

Yes looking at a new one, it’s has the larger 300 engines which I think is a bit over kill. Is the quality ok as I notice they have altered the t-top already etc. I agree the Axopar just doesn’t give you the space the 320 does. I am hoping they will honour the warranty in Torquay !!

We are more than happy with our boat - the twin 300’s are a great engine being a V8 but are heavier and for us we don’t need that much extra speed - quality is overall good a few teaching issues that the dealer are fixing but not as quick as I want !! - new roof looks great it is only available in white and does away with the central support, the seat adjustments are a bit fiddly but they are changing mine to the new version - for the price of the boat and specification it’s a lot of boat - handles great and is easy to manoeuvre in the marina.

The Southampton boat show was a 2022 model but I have seen the new one via video thanks to the guys in Southampton showing me . I have a option of a berth in Porst Solent so may use that for the first year to get any snags sorted . But think I’m going to go for it and buy the GTO rather than the cabin version. Thanks
