Had a great sail yesterday morning on a friend's Contessa 32 out of Chatham. Worked our way up the Medway then turned and ran into Stangate Creek.
3 Blokes on board - the other two both based in Chatham and (you'd think) would know where the water is.
And isn't.
Anyway - we got to the bottom of the creek about 2 hrs before low water and decided to spend the afternoon - generally putting the world to rights. Stayed there...coincidentally until about 2 hrs after high water before heading back.
Fortunately supplies and morale were high and the weather wasn't too unkind!
