The Seasickness Abatement Relief Scheme has hit a snag. Our testbed for the project was Madman's specially adapted Bav 34 with concrete fore and aft. However when sea trials were due to commence neither Madman or his craft could be found. Running a trace on his mobile (thanks Happy1) we discovered that he had been deep sixed in St Cath's with a concrete casing. Rumour has it that a rival consortium Bravuria had hired hitman Kay O'Lambie to silence the poor wretch. Nevertheless alternative have been found (Thanks TK) and seatrials are due this weekend. I however am a trifle worried by the managerial style and culture of our consortium. The President (ParaH) has a definite West Highland Italian accent and is wandering around muttering about olive royalties being due for collection. In a quiet moment he turned to me a said quietly "Ze mackerel vere tired, zey need to sleep, zat is fie zey vere knot feeding. Vill you zleep vif zem tonicht?" I have taken to locking my office door. Perhaps Claysie might offer me a place in his consortium?

I haff the answer ...

I haff been retired from my previous post and to show zer appreciation, my American friends gave me a yacht the Al Mansur. Will this do as a test bed? She haf several large holes in her which might be convenient for pouring concrete in? I think the other consortium’s president must have been on the Mansur at some time as his picture is plastered all over ze walls so thwee might learn his secrets, no? My countrywoman, Ulrika, will give us a hand, she seems to like them more mature, and will do any press presentations and is normal that we Swedes run things in your country, no?
