Hi Just arrived in villasimious for two season stay .
any advise recommendations or contacts would be welcome .
Also next September need to leave EU so any advise on best options please

Think you would want to keep options open. Villasimius is perhaps in a category of stopover more than permanent base.
Beautiful anchorages on your doorstep, esp to east of headland. All of southern Sardinia to your west, as far as san pietro island, is beautiful.
For exiting EU, Tunisia.
