Just going through my photos and whilst I was updating the Sant Carles bertholders forum, I thought I'd share these with you.

The marina has come a very long way in the last six months from looking like a building site to a really great place - I cant wait to get back - we left them in hot sunshine - I even had a refreshing swim just before catching the plane back.

No particular order - here are a few photos.

Coming along nicely, Hurricane. Btw, any sign of the dreaded matriculation tax being applied to any boats in SC? There are rumours in Majorca at present that the local govt there are considering applying the tax there

Great shots Mike - as you know, Lorraine and me are here for a few months and are pleased with the progress to date!

Bit cloudy here today, but still very warm and perfect for a hop out around the lagoon!

Have now errected our sattelite dish - pointed it to Astra-2 and hey presto, we now have all BBC\ITV and numerous other channels - TV reception is very good, even with dish mounted low on the pontoon!

Pool temp is fine once you get over the initial shock (come on James take the plunge!) - we have used it many times and will do so again later today!

With regard to metriculation tax: Dont know anyone yet who has ever paid it! We shall stay here less than 6 months and I do not expect any problems at all! Even the livaboards are not unduly concerned!

Lots of UK boats already here and a very good and friendly atmosphere developing in the marina!

See you back here soon - next jug of Sangria on me!
