After manually scraping off antifouling there are voids in the epoxy coating, probably Gelshield, which have been extensively filled with Watertite that now needs sanding down. Suggestions welcomed on the quickest and most effective way of so doing. Thanks in advance!

Depends on how much you need to remove and what finish you want at the end - plus of course how much there is to do. The usual method of starting with about 120 grit and ending up with 600 wet and dry if you want a perfect finish, but under AF 240 would probably be fine enough.

Many thanks. Lot of elbow grease will be needed!
