I've just put a coat of the above in white on my Narrowboat roof, planning a second coat, then International Interdeck Grey.
The data sheet says it should be sanded between coats to a translucent appearance with 120 grit paper, the 220 grit before the topcoat.
I am wondering if the instructions are to do with the finish being aimed for, or adherence of the paint.
Given the topcoat is gritty and rough, I'm more worried about adherence, so can I give it a light sanding for this, just to create a key?
