Does anyone know how to de-install this from my laptop? my version of the program has become unstable and I wanted to de-install it and install a new version. The problem is it does not appear in the list of programs in ‘add remove programs’ in the control panel or in the programs list on the start menu. It is listed under program files on the C drive. How do I de-install it? I am running Windows XP Home. Many thanks for any advice.

If I remember correctly SailMail/AirMail can be "uninstalled" simply by deleting the folder from the drive - a design feature - of course this could result in you losing some emails, etc. but if that is no problem then just delete all in the AirMail directory and start again. All the progs are readily available from siriuscyber including the GetFax, Propogation predictor and latest firmware for SCS modems. PM me if any problems - I've been using it for a few years.

Do as Michael_w suggests. The design team are radio hams and handle all user issues themselves. You will get a reply in less than 24 hours and it will be from the horse's mouth. What you want to do is ensure that any Windows registry entries are cleared, which is the main reason for using uninstall programs.
