Sailing to Netherlands and Belgium 2022

We returned to UK yesterday via Roompotsluis. After a phone call to the Marechaussee in Vlissingen (+31-88 953 0410) on Wednesday afternoon, two officers came to Roompot Marina about a hour later and stamped passports. I believe we then had three days to actually depart. All very easy and straightforward.
One point to note was that they were keen to check the arrival stamp for my current trip.

Does anyone know if one can check in at Roompotsluis? It's my preferred arrival point and saves the seemingly endless wait for bridges on the Walcheren canal.

My guess is that if they will send officials to stamp you out then they will send them to stamp you in. Certainly that is the case at Breskens.

Maybe not Roompotsluis, but at Roompot Marina. When we phoned Marechaussee, they asked if we wanted checking out or checking in. When the officers turned up, they were armed with both entry and exit stamps (as well as handcuffs and Glock !).

My recent experience on Tuesday.
Arrived at Airforce marina Nieuwpoort, asked the lady on reception about passport stamps.
"You don't need to do anything". I said a crew would be flying home and did need a stamp. The harbourmaster phoned the police office and after much discussion they agreed to see us if we visited them. A young officer said that she shouldn't do this, I should do it on line.
"I've tried for hours, can't make it work"
She agreed to do it for me (unspoken attitude, you stupid old man)
After much typing and getting the sergeant involved she said the on line option doesn't work. Much friendlier now and passports stamped. Not as simple as I had hoped.
