magic read, estonians who sail to usa post ww2, on a 35' boat... fairly basic writing, but amazing and well told story. i had never heard of this until v recently

I have a book club edition. a great story, especially when they decide that the UK wasn't far enough from their pursuers, so the carried on to America - the whole extended family, including Granny.

Yes managed to pick this up from a pile of books which were about to be thrown away I still have it and it is a very interesting read, I also got the Chay Blyth and John Ridgeway book at the same time which was also a good read I don't have it anymore as I gave it to a guy who had done the rowing the Atlantic thing and hadn't managed to read it....
