Hi chris..you say sailing "north west sweden" is best ..where do you mean...I am in Sweden at moment on east coast place called Hudiksvall 300km north stockholm Sea is dead flat..frozen...Bill

BOHUSLÄN between Göteborg and Norwegian Border
there is even some salt in the water this side.
My wife has done some sailing on East coast last summer
on some big racy thing. But came back very dissapointed
with sailing that side .Although there are more trees there.
only thing to remember this side is ,don't even try sailing there
in july (we usualy go to denmark then.)
Sea is not frozen here, air temp is 5c.
Why aren't you in Aegean this time of year ,must make more sense?

Met Swedish girl..brain went south..going back to Greece March..air temp here 0c..but still shovelling snow!..Think got brain better now ...they ware to many clothes up here..now i rember why I gave up the motobike .all those clothes you have to don and doff...Bill

Hi Bill From what I have understood ,do you stay in Poros most of the time when you are in the Agean. Or do you cruise about The reason I ask is , as I am new to that area I do not have anyone to look after the boat , when I fly back home ,I have been told that I can anchor off,Galatas side of the channel .and leave it there and it will be safe, or do you know any thing different ,I know Poros yacht offer some kind of service but I have not meet anyone that have used them , when I phoned them about leaving it there for the winter, on the hard they did not seem very efficent So could you give me some local imformation please all the best Bob T. ps only 7days to go
