Maybe a daft question: Is it possible to save that? How can I do it? It is something that needs to be listened to several times, there is so much of interest in it.

I too am using XP.

Just to the left of the podcast 'panel' it says:

Download: FurledSails Podcast #143 Marvin Creamer Part 1 in MP3 format.

Did you try that?
 
I get a choice of whether to open it there and then or whether to save to desktop. As long as you got a copy, it doesn't really matter how. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

What a fascinating man! I had a brief look at the website that is dedicated to him; I shall go back to it when I am not so sleepy.
 
Aye it was me that mentioned it. Have a scroll back through some of the older shows. Theres some real gems there. The one about container yachts got me thinking! Why has no one thought about this before?
