Sailing regatta in Northern france??

I am looking for the name and location of a sailing festival in Northern france somewhere around caen but I do not know the exact name / location.
From memery it runs for about a week sometime in the summer, anyone know if it's name / location

i *think* the big thing around there is the Tour de France a Volie - a mumm 30 race around the coasst of france (they transport them across to the med) throught july. Big fleet of small quick sailing boats, quite a sight.

Try calling Guernsey Harbour - 2 years ago racall the authorities wishing to move on regular summer cruisers due to imminent arrival of a French Race fleet. Recall it being a multiport event starting in France and ending back there - timing was in July.
